Terrace – 6×1.5 m with railings and balusters for a separate lean-to roof;
Log house – profiled log house type “Block house” timber has a spike-groove-spike;
The cross section of the beam is 95×145 mm, insulation is laid between the crowns of the log house – a linen cloth;
Strapping – a beam of 150×150 mm, a roofing material is placed under the strapping beam;
Floor logs – edged timber, 1st floor 100×150 mm, 2nd 50×150 mm, in increments from 0.6 to 0.7 meters;
The flooring of the rough floor is a semi-edged board of 15-20 m freely laid on a rough block without fastening and serves as a supporting structure for waterproofing and insulation;
The flooring of the finished floor is a tongue-and-groove board of coniferous species with a natural humidity of 27 mm, fastening is carried out through 5-7 boards;
The height of the 1st and 2nd floors is 2.40 meters (+/- 5 cm);
The ceiling height of the attic is 2.20 meters (+/- 5 cm).
