Terrace – 6×1.5 m with railings and balusters for a separate pitched roof;
Log house – profiled log house type “Block house” timber has a thorn-groove-thorn;
The cross section of the beam is 95×145 mm, a heater is laid between the crowns of the log house – flax jute cloth;
Strapping – beam 150×150 mm, roofing material is placed under the strapping beam;
Floor logs – edged timber, 1st floor 100×150 mm, 2nd floor 50×150 mm, in increments of 0.6 to 0.7 meters;
Subfloor flooring – a semi-edged board 15 – 20 mm loosely laid on a draft bar without fastening and serves as a supporting structure for waterproofing and insulation;
The flooring of the final floor is a tongue-and-groove board of coniferous species with a natural moisture content of 27 mm, fastening is carried out through 5 – 7 boards;
Height of the 1st and 2nd floors – 2.40 meters (+/- 5 cm);
The height of the attic ceiling is 2.20 meters (+/- 5 cm).
